What access options are available?
We offer three ways to experience Soulfire Los Roques:
- Full Experience (5 days / 4 nights — all-inclusive)
- Full Event Pass (access to both main events)
- Day Pass (access to a single event)
Each option is designed for a different level of immersion.
Are accommodation and flights included in the Event Passes?
No. Accommodation, flights, meals and full island experience are only included in the Full Experience package.
Can I attend only specific days of the experience?
Only through Event Passes.
- Full Experience must be booked in full (5 days / 4 nights)
- Day Pass and Full Event Pass are the only options for partial access
Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place across Gran Roque and surrounding cayos in Los Roques. Events are held in remote beachfront locations accessible by boat.
Are meals included?
Yes, depending on your package:
- Full Experience: all meals included daily
- Event Passes: snacks included during events only
Are drinks included?
- Full Experience: soft drinks included daily + open bar during events
- Event Passes: open bar + soft drinks during events only
How many guests will attend?
Soulfire Los Roques is intentionally limited in capacity. We host a select number of guests to maintain a high-quality, intimate experience.
What type of accommodation can I expect?
Guests stay in a curated selection of posadas and villas in Gran Roque, ranging from simple island stays to more elevated options.
Can dietary restrictions or allergies be accommodated?
Yes. Please inform us in advance and our team will accommodate your needs.
Can I arrive after the experience has started?
No. All Full Experience guests must arrive on the official start date to maintain the flow of the experience.
Is there a minimum age requirement?
Yes. Soulfire Los Roques is a 21+ experience.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms are provided at the time of booking. Please refer to the official cancellation policy for full details.
Can additional experiences be arranged?
Yes. Additional activities and private experiences can be arranged through our concierge team upon request.
